Our app was designed with neurodivergent coaches in mind. A majority of our coaches have ADHD themselves so, we built the app to support them in building their thriving coaching practice. You will use the same application as the general coaching application and can share in the application that you have experience and training in working with teens. Coaches that are looking to join the teen program must have prior experience in working with this population and be willing to complete a background and online check in addition to our usual vetting process.
Yes! Many of our coaches have private coaching practices. All we ask is that you do not solicit Shimmer members while you are at Shimmer and for a period of 6 months afterwards. We operate in an environment of mutual trust & respect, and if any situation comes up where you’re unclear how to proceed, feel free to open the conversation with us and we’ll work something out!
We are ideally looking for about 15-20 hours of availability each week, exceptions for 10 hours are made on a case by case basis. We are not accepting coaches with less than 10 hours of availability per week at this time.
This is a 1099 Contractor Position.
