Fitness is a fun and easy way to connect to ourselves and our bodies. Through this connection, we can find fulfillment, happiness, and a sense of inner peace. Exercise also boosts our immune system, can help decrease anxiety and can help us live more vibrant lives! Together we'll explore the link between fitness and happiness while living actively and dynamically!  All experience levels welcome, and our only requirement is to bring your full self to the workshop and small group conversations.
